Casa Salvador - Granada

The location is perfect & the price is great, my room was very big, even though it was basic. The bathroom was newly refurbished. The people very helpful. The only negative is the soundproofing which does not exist, however the price, cleaniness & location compensate greately for this.

Convenience of location

Hotel staff spoke Spanish mostly; so it was hard to communicate. But we were there to see Granada, so the hotel was a bargain for the location

Great location - city centre. Really helpfull staff - when we checked in they have provide us map, usefull info, recommended places of interests and offer their help anytime.

We like a recptionist lady, the only one we could communicate.

Noise rooms! No way to rest there!

the staff were very friendly and told us where to visit the points of interest and you could come and go easily enough

breakfast was very poor,and you had a menu in the room advertising a menu del dia available for 10e but was not available in the evening although advertised it was we came down to eat and was told not available and was obliged to eat from other menu which again was poor

Clean, central position, cheap and quite. The staff is very friendly and they allow you to leave your luggage for free.

Good location: a few metres from local bus stops and the special stop for the airport bus; a minute's walk away from a major department store & grocery; about a 10-15 minute stroll to the cathedral, bus stop to the Alhambra and Albaicyn, and the tea quarter. Good breakfast: a selection of fruits and bread; cheese & ham; juice, water, coffee, tea. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless. Our room had a balcony so it was possible to launder clothes and dry them out quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no elevator so not advisable if carrying heavy luggage, strollers, etc. Some members of the reception staff did not speak English so this could be a disadvantage to non-Spanish speakers. They didn't have phones and computers for guest use (but there was a 24-hour mini-mart/internet cafe nearby). The airconditioning unit in our room didn't work too well against the Andalusian heat. And, the wallpaper in our room was simply horrendous (landscape photo of a ski resort).

Close to Albaicin. Cheap and clean.

It is a hostel not a hotel. It looks a little bit scary when you look from the outside, but it is not so bad when you get inside. Your window looks a bad tiny street, but it is ok if you are at the room only for sleep. Doesn't have a hair drier. Poor breakfast, but it is a common thing in Spain I guess.

The hotel is centrally located in Granada. You should be able to walk to most of the sights (we only used car to reach Sacromonte). The room and the bathroom were both very clean. The wifi signal from the reception was strong enough to use it from our room on 2nd floor. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful to our questions. Overall an excellent value.

The heating unit was a bit noisy to keep turned on through the night. It still did a good job keeping the room warm while it was turned on.

This is a hostal not hotel as advertised on Booked.net... Quiet for central location and price really good,but we lost a lot of time looking for a hotel sign...not suitable for people with serious walking problems as no lift exists and lot of stairs...nice hot shower

We booked because we thought it was a hotel as advertised,but upon arrival it was hostal...this should be looked into as we lost a lot of time looking for hotel casa salvador

The Hotel was immaculately clean, staff freindly without being overbearing and although the facilities weren't luxurious they weren't advertised as such and they were perfectly adequate for a city break type holiday.

If you are a guest who etires early you may be bothered by the pedestrian/early morning deliveries/bar closing up noise in the street outside - which is not excessive but worth noting if you are on that side of the Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well situated in the centre of Granada. We walked every where but the bus stops at the end of the street if you prefer to use public transport to get about. We had a room on the third floor which faced the back of the hotel so was quiet. The room was basic but clean with comfortable beds, the bathroom was of a good size with a decent shower. Continental breakfast was included in the cost. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all very good value for money. We booked this hotel because of its good reviews and were not disappointed.

It is nice, small, family run hotel, where quest can feel that they all work with their hearts. The guy at reception immediately gave as all necessary info about Granada. Room was clean, recently renovated and quiet. Hotel is located in small street in the city center on walking distance from monuments, bars&restaurants.

Everyone at the front desk was helpful and patient with my limited Spanish.

The location of the hotel is great, it is wright in the center of Granada at 8 min by walk from the Cathedral.

The breakfast was verry poor. They also served the others meals at good prices but the quality is not so great.
